1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Tieknot" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the business entity operating under the name Tieknot, located at 95 Tha Phae Road, Chang Khlan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
• "Service" / "Services" — refers to the educational workshops, administrative organisation sessions, and structured programmes offered by Tieknot, as described on our website.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses our website or engages with our services.
• "Content" — refers to all materials provided as part of our services, including printed guides, workbooks, templates, and digital summaries.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "Website" — refers to the pages and resources accessible at https://tieknot.cyou.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. Continued use of the website or participation in our programmes constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to engage with our services.
• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• If you are registering on behalf of a family group, you accept responsibility for ensuring all participants understand these terms.

3. Service Description

Tieknot provides general educational and administrative organisation services for families. Our current offerings are:

• Listening & Dialogue Workshop — A group educational workshop covering listening skills, respectful communication, and cooperative planning habits. Priced at ฿3,800 per enrolment.
• Family Document Tidy-Up — A guided administrative session to help families organise their own records, schedules, and shared agreements. Priced at ฿15,300 per session.
• Family Teamwork Program — A structured programme covering shared scheduling, planning tools, and communication frameworks. Priced at ฿32,900 per programme.

All services are general education and administrative assistance only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Services are primarily available to families in the Chiang Mai area, though enquiries from elsewhere are welcome.

4. Enrolment & Scheduling

• Enrolment is confirmed once Tieknot has acknowledged your registration in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received.
• Session dates and times are arranged by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative date will be offered.
• Participants are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Where possible, missed sessions may be rescheduled at Tieknot's discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

We ask that all participants engage with our services in good faith and with consideration for others. Specifically:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect throughout all sessions.
• Provide accurate information when registering or completing contact forms.
• Not record, distribute, or reproduce session content without prior written consent from Tieknot.
• Not use website content for commercial purposes or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
• Refrain from sharing another participant's personal details or comments outside the session context without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created and provided by Tieknot — including workshop guides, workbooks, templates, written materials, and website content — remains the intellectual property of Tieknot unless otherwise stated.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use materials for your own family's benefit as intended by the service.
• Materials may not be copied, adapted, or shared commercially without written permission.
• Documents you bring to a Family Document Tidy-Up session remain entirely your own property. We do not claim any rights over your personal records.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due prior to or on the day of the first session, unless a written alternative arrangement has been agreed.
• We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.
• We do not store payment card details. Any electronic payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the session may be eligible for a partial refund or a rescheduled session, at Tieknot's discretion.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund, though we will consider individual circumstances with understanding.
• Where Tieknot cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date, whichever is preferred.
• Refund decisions are made case by case. We aim to be fair and considerate in all circumstances.

9. Disclaimers

Tieknot provides educational content and administrative support as a general resource. The following disclaimers apply:

• Services are provided in good faith on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver sessions as described, we cannot account for all possible outcomes.
• Tieknot does not make any claims about specific personal outcomes resulting from participation in our workshops or programmes.
• Our services do not replace professional advice. If you require legal, medical, financial, or mental health support, we encourage you to consult a qualified professional.
• Website content is provided for general information only and may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law:

• Tieknot's total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public health measures, or infrastructure failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to act reasonably and in good faith when using our services. Should your actions or misuse of our materials cause harm or loss to Tieknot or third parties, you accept responsibility for those consequences to the extent permitted by law. We ask that any concern be raised with us directly so we may work toward a respectful resolution.

12. Termination

• Either party may choose to end participation in an ongoing programme with reasonable written notice.
• Tieknot reserves the right to discontinue service to a participant if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others, following a respectful conversation where possible.
• Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, and disclaimers remain in effect after termination of services.

13. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
• Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct, good-faith communication between the parties.
• If informal resolution is not reached within a reasonable time, the matter may be referred to an appropriate mediation process before any formal proceedings are considered.
• The courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, shall have jurisdiction over any formal disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and Tieknot in relation to our services.
• Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: A failure by Tieknot to enforce any provision of this Agreement on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it on future occasions.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to another party without our written consent.
• Notices: Communications from us will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please keep your contact details current.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered participants. Continued use of our services after an update has been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
