How Tieknot Structures Each Service
Every service follows the same underlying approach: begin with what the family already has, introduce a clear framework, practise or apply it together, and leave with materials that carry the learning forward. We do not start from scratch and we do not move faster than you are comfortable with.
1 — Understand Your Situation
A brief intake conversation before the session helps us understand what your household is working with and what you are hoping to take away.
2 — Guided Session
The session introduces a structured framework, walks through it with examples, and gives participants time to practise or apply it in a supported environment.
3 — Materials and Follow-Up
Every service ends with take-home materials and a follow-up contact point so questions that arise later can be addressed.
Workshop
Listening & Dialogue Workshop
A group educational session exploring how we listen — or fail to — in everyday family conversations. The workshop covers active listening habits, approaches for navigating disagreements calmly, and shared planning practices that reduce repetition and frustration. Suited to any household looking to communicate with a little more ease.

Administrative Service
Family Document Tidy-Up
A hands-on working session that helps your household sort, label, and systematise its own existing records, schedules, and shared agreements. We bring clear templates and a simple filing framework; you bring your materials. The result is a household document system you can maintain and update yourselves going forward.
Works with your existing documents only. Does not generate or file legal documents.
